Christmas for Breakfast was born out of a desire to make Christmas more meaningful by a group of parents and children. By simpli-fying their family Christmas celebration, they were able to share th e gift of Christmas with some school children in Vietnam in the form of daily break-fasts. Why breakfast? For most school children whose family can only feed them one meal a day, a simple breakfast would help sustain them throughout the day.

Our breakfast program has evolved into producing daily meals to orphaned children or homeless AIDS/HIV infected mothers with their babies. Specifically, we are partnering with Bridging Hope's service center in Vietnam, Mai Am Mai Tam.
